PRT to Hold Public Meeting on Belasco Station Project

Pittsburgh Regional Transit will host an in-person public meeting on March 26, 2026, regarding planned upgrades to Belasco Light Rail Station.

Belasco Station is located on Broadway Avenue in the Beechview neighborhood where light rail vehicles run parallel to vehicle traffic.

The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1810 Belasco Avenue, directly adjacent to the inbound stop of Belasco Station on the Red Line. Please note that the church is ADA accessible, but the station itself is not.

PRT employees will present existing conditions and updates to the project, which was first presented in 2020.

ASL interpretation will be provided.

For more details on the project, please visit rideprt.org/belascostation.
