What Is a Plinth? Why does it Matter?

Rehabilitation of the plinths in the subway in downtown Pittsburgh will start in January between the First Avenue and Gateway stations. But what even is a plinth? We caught up with PRT Senior Project Coordinator, Jim Labella to find out.
